This is a GNU-opensource character.

You can change it and re-distribuite t. You can Host also your changed version

But you must follow those rules:

1) The character was made by me... so you must specify my name (Nobun) as author of this char
in a clearly way in your download page. You can add "modifyed by...(your name)".
You must do the same for all the pages talking about this char.

2) Must leave a backup copy of original files on your hosted ZIP archive.

3) You cannot delay my credits (Author infos and "thanks") and my credits must be present at
the top of any other text file you eventually made
(this is so for any type of format you choose: txt, doc, ...).

4) If you make changes you MUST add what type of changes you made in a clearly way.
It is needed to allow an user to understand that this char is changed from its original form
and what changes are done. So it is a DUTY to notify all changes you eventually make.

5) I will appreciate if you will notify to me your changes (at mugenation forum), but it isn' t
   a duty.

6) If you use my code (or a part of it) for your own char you can do it, but you must refer
to me on your credits in a clearly way (so... also in your documentation).

Why Opensource GNU-License???
-----

Becouse I hope more freedom on Mugen creations. I hope that other authors will make opensource
characters or addons... If Mugen will be free, users will find chars easly, but also for authors
will be easyer having more complete Mugen.

In any case... I hate those ones who kidnapped work of other authors without permission,
replacing original credits with false ones... Take care of author's (hard!) work is a duty to
everyone.
